We built a complete website for the Viechtach office of Zurich Versicherung. It follows the prescribed brand and design guidelines to the letter.
Working from the existing corporate identity, we structured and prepared all the regional content ourselves and turned it into navigation that is clear and works.
We ran the project entirely on our own, from research to finished build. Zurich only came in once the result was ready, which kept the rounds of coordination to a minimum.
The project shows how we work in regulated industries such as insurance: structured, efficient and with responsibility clearly assigned.
Print · Trade fair
AIRTEC is one of the most important trade fairs in the aviation industry — international in reach, with an audience from industry, aviation and defence.
We took print off the organiser's hands completely: the editorial concept, the correspondence with exhibitors and partners, and the production of elaborate printed material, including a substantial show brochure that went out to thousands of recipients. We gathered, coordinated and prepared the content ourselves. The organiser never had to think about it.
That is exactly what matters in projects like this: a lot of people to coordinate, round after round of revisions, a tight schedule. And a result that lands anyway. We took responsibility and kept all of it off the organiser's desk.

We have been with "immobilienteam donauwald" since the company was founded more than 10 years ago, developing its IT and marketing. We built the entire IT structure and have looked after the hardware, software and systems ever since, continuously and through remote support.

For photographer Fabian Timm we built a bespoke platform combining a website with an integrated online shop – tailored to a sensitive and fiercely competitive market.
At its heart sits a signature system we developed ourselves: it marks every delivered file individually per order and links it back digitally. Unauthorised use can therefore be traced and identified beyond doubt.
We also built the entire technical foundation and the user journey so that content is delivered securely, in a structured way and under control.
The project shows how bespoke software delivers clear advantages even where security is critical – and sets a new standard for handling digital content.

eKlecia® is an innovative app that supports sacred organ music and the music used in church services. We designed the entire brand presence and built it.
We look after the corporate design, the website, hosting and the backend architecture that administers the app. On that basis we built a bespoke backend, including the interface design and the server infrastructure that reliably connects the app to the admin system.
We also run the social media and keep developing the product. That way eKlecia® stays stable and up to date in churches and care homes.
Marketing
For Optik Völkel we run a marketing package. Entirely remote, and tuned to a shop that serves its customers in person.
We bring ideas of our own, produce social media content every week and look after the website we built. We also handle branding, seasonal updates and every platform that matters. Tracking and analysis show us what clicks, reach and conversion rates are doing. From there we run targeted ads and advise on strategy.
The work shows how well digital support and a local business fit together. We make a point of the personal side and meet on site once a year.

For the music and event agency Jazz Delight we have handled marketing, communications and technology for more than 10 years. Entirely remote.
We look after the website, hosting and a bespoke booking system, and we design all the print material and all the advertising for their events. We also handle large audio and video productions. That ranges from multitrack recordings of complete live events to multicam captures and music videos.

Saferay Services is an international specialist in operations & maintenance and asset management for photovoltaic and battery storage systems. They look after more than 700 MWp, with a focus on Japan, where they have been active for over 15 years.
We have worked with Saferay on web and print for many years. That includes two complete website relaunches, and each one took the brand identity a step further. Alongside that we have produced brochures and other print material.
This client shows what remote work can really do. To this day we have never met Saferay in person. Everything runs digitally, at a standard that needs no office to meet in.

BFSG - Accessibility
Einrich Apotheke is a family-run rural pharmacy with a clear focus on personal advice and looking after its local area.
Since June 2025, the German Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) – Germany's implementation of the European Accessibility Act – has made digital accessibility mandatory for websites that offer digital services. For the pharmacy that meant acting fast, and getting it legally watertight.
We took the whole thing off their hands – from working through the legal requirements to the technical build on the website. They never had to think about it. One flat fee, no worries, done. That is exactly the standard we set ourselves: we take responsibility so our clients can get on with running their business.

Nachlassverwertung Buchner clears out properties and gives objects from estates a second life – in its own shop and, increasingly, online.
The brief was clear: a self-managed catalogue system that lets the team record finds properly, keep them up to date and put them in front of the public. No technical knowledge needed, no third-party platform, no dependency. Visitors should be able to browse, find an item and enquire or order straight away.
We built the system from the ground up: an interface anyone can use without instruction, and a structure that search engines pick up locally. The result is a proper digital shop-window catalogue, cut to fit the way Buchner does business.

What you won't get from us

What we need from you
1–2 hours per week during the build: clear decisions, content (images, logos, data) and approvals on work in progress. Plus one person on your side who can decide. We don't need internal workshops or a written specification.
Fair, and no risk to you
As a matter of principle, we deliver first and you pay later. No deposit. After a minimum term of 6–12 months, contracts can be cancelled monthly.
You pay Digital Solutions for Analog Problems nothing in advance. No "50% on order confirmation", no security deposit. We start as soon as the contract is signed. The setup fee and the first monthly instalment fall due once the build phase is under way and you have the first results in your hands.

Which tools, how often
Email is the default for anything that should be on record: approvals, decisions, status reports. For more complex topics, short phone or video calls with a clear agenda.
During the build: a weekly status update by email plus the standing fortnightly call to keep things aligned. Nothing beyond that. We want to deliver, not sit in meetings.
We only use project tools like Slack, Teams, Jira or Trello if you already work with them. We won't force a new system on you that you'd have to learn first.
Do you really work without a deposit?
Yes! We always deliver first, you pay later. That is not a marketing promise, it is a matter of responsibility. In return we expect clarity, commitment and decisions. If that is missing, we are not a good fit. And we are convinced that trust is the better basis, not covering ourselves with contracts and deposits.
Do you do marketing or IT?
Both. And that's exactly the difference. Most businesses aren't struggling with marketing problems or IT problems. They're struggling because the two don't talk to each other. We treat marketing, technology and day-to-day running as one thing, not as three separate jobs that are supposed to come together later.
Do you also do "just" websites or software?
Yes, if it makes sense. No, if there's no clear purpose. A website or a piece of software is never the goal for us. It's the means. If it doesn't solve anything, we don't build it.
What does working with you actually look like?
An introductory call. No 20-page quote, no weeks of back and forth. We listen, we understand your problem and we suggest a concrete way forward. Then we start. You'll have one named contact who knows your business. We present results, we don't administer work in progress. You can reach us by phone or email. No ticket system, nobody putting you on hold.
Do you write long concept documents and quotes?
No. We think clearly, structure things properly and then get on with it. If a project takes a 20-page quote to explain, it usually hasn't been understood yet.
How do you make sure projects don't just run "on the side"?
We don't. We simply don't take on projects like that. Sounds simple, and it is. Every project gets clear time frames and full attention. Anything else would be unfair to you, and to the result.
How bespoke is what you build, really?
Very. We don't work with templates or off-the-shelf packages. Everything we build starts from your specific problem, not from something we already had sitting on a shelf. That takes a little more time at the start. In return, the result actually fits.
Do you work long-term or project by project?
Both. What matters is not how long it runs, it is how seriously both sides take it. Good projects often turn into long working relationships all by themselves. What does working with you cost?

How much do you need from us?

Do you build AI systems too?
Yes, but not as a buzzword. AI is a tool, not an end in itself. We use it where it earns its place: simpler processes, automated workflows, better results. If AI helps with your problem, we'll say so. If it doesn't, we'll say that too.
